A Coalition of Sober F&B people committed to their sobriety in an industry filled with drugs, alcohol, and stress.
WHAT IS IT?
It is a coalition of sober F&B people committed to their sobriety in the hospitality industry. Their purpose and goal is to help individuals who are struggling with addiction seek sobriety and continue doing what they love.

HOW DO THEY HELP?
Ben’s Friends hosts weekly meetings in-person and on zoom that are open to anyone interested in sobriety, including people who are currently sober, trying to get sober, or just interested in sobriety.

HOW DO I CONTACT THEM?

HUGS - Employee Relief Fund
WHAT IS HUGS?
USHG HUGS is an employee-funded non-profit organization designed to help our fellow team members in times of emergent need. The HUGS fund is governed by 501(c)(3) regulations and is a separate entity to USHG, LLC.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Current, active employees who have been with USHG for at least 90 days, have worked a shift in the past 90 days, and are in good standing, are eligible to receive assistance from the HUGS Fund. Employees may request financial aid for the incident if it occurred while employed by USHG and within 90 days of applying for assistance.
WHAT IS COVERED?
HUGS offers post disaster support for needs such as food, clothing, transportation, short-term stay accommodations and short-term support for unforeseen financial hardships, or unexpected funeral costs for an immediate family member. A disaster may be defined as natural or catastrophic, or pandemic.

Upon hire, all employees will receive 51% off any meal at participating USHG restaurants. Please show your Square Profile to the team when dining in order to receive this discount. In addition to the 51% discounts, annual dining dollars are as follows:
